Please read these terms carefully. The person making this booking (for themselves or any other passengers) accepts all terms and conditions listed below on behalf of all travelers, as stated by Fly Shop Travel & Tours.
Unless otherwise mentioned, all deposits paid and tickets issued are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation, no-show, or failure to arrive at the airport on time, tickets cannot be changed or refunded. Once your flight is reserved or issued, it is non-transferable and name changes are not allowed. Issued tickets also cannot be re-routed.
If you reserve a flight with partial/advance payment, please note that fares and taxes can increase anytime without prior notice. Your fare is NOT guaranteed until the ticket is issued. Any price increase must be paid by the passenger. We strongly recommend issuing your ticket as soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the paid deposit(s) will remain non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all flight details are correct, including passenger names (exactly as per passport), travel dates, transit time, origin/destination, stopovers, and baggage allowance. Once a ticket is issued, changes cannot be made unless otherwise specified.
You are fully responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, visa (including transit visa), and other immigration documents. Requirements may change anytime, so please contact the relevant Embassy or Consulate before travelling. Fly Shop Travel & Tours cannot be held responsible if you are denied boarding, fail to clear immigration, or lack required documents. For updated travel advice, visit the UK travel advisory website.
Passengers must reconfirm their return or onward flights at least 72 hours before departure, either through their travel agent or directly with the airline. Failure to reconfirm may result in additional costs for which the company is not responsible.
We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance covers medical, travel, and baggage needs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage — in such cases please contact the airline directly.
If you require special services such as meal preferences, seat selection, wheelchair assistance, etc., please inform us when your ticket is being issued. We will forward your request to the airline, but cannot guarantee availability. Failure to meet special requests does not make us liable for any claims.
Due to COVID-19, many countries have additional entry requirements which may change without notice. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check and comply with all entry/exit rules, including PCR test requirements, forms, temperature checks, or quarantine policies.
If your flight is affected due to COVID-19, airline policies will apply. Airlines may offer date changes or travel vouchers instead of refunds. If a refund is allowed, administrative charges will apply and processing may take up to 3 months. If the flight operates and you choose not to travel, refunds will follow airline fare rules, if applicable.
Fly Shop Travel & Tours is not responsible for losses caused by airline cancellations due to weather, war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unexpected events. Passengers are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel and health insurance for protection.
By making a reservation or purchase, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all travelers in your booking. These conditions apply to all contracts with us, including those where we act as an agent. Please review all terms carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
