CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines the terms and fees associated with cancelling or modifying your booking with Cartout.co.uk. By making a reservation, you accept these terms on behalf of all travelers in your party.

1. STANDARD CANCELLATION TIMELINES

To ensure fairness to both our customers and our partners, we enforce the following cancellation tiers unless otherwise stated on your specific ticket:

  • 72 Hours or More: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any non-refundable deposit or booking fee).
  • 24 to 72 Hours: Cancellations made within this window incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Certain promotional rates, special event tickets, and "Flash Sale" offers are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of purchase. These conditions will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. If you choose a non-refundable rate to secure a lower price, no exceptions can be made for cancellations.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to arrive at the hotel, tour pickup point, or attraction entrance at the scheduled time without prior notice is considered a "No-Show." No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. We reserve the right to release your reservation if you do not check in by the required time.

4. AMENDMENTS & CHANGES

If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
• First amendment: Free of charge (subject to availability).
• Subsequent amendments: A £15 administrative fee applies per change.
• If the new date has a higher price, you must pay the difference.

5. CANCELLATIONS BY CARTOUT.CO.UK

In the unlikely event that we or our operators must cancel a tour or service due to extreme weather, operational issues, or safety concerns, you will be offered a choice of:

  • A full refund of all monies paid.
  • A free reschedule to an alternative date.
  • A credit voucher for future use.

We are not liable for any additional travel expenses (e.g., flights, trains) incurred by you as a result of our cancellation.

6. MEDICAL & COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS

If you must cancel due to a sudden medical emergency or bereavement, we may, at our discretion, waive cancellation fees upon receipt of valid documentation (e.g., a doctor's certificate or official hospital report). This does not apply to pre-existing conditions.

7. FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS & DELAYS

Cartout.co.uk is not responsible for missed tours or hotel nights resulting from airline delays or cancellations. Standard cancellation fees apply. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover these scenarios.

8. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. We cannot issue cash refunds for online bookings.
